On February 21, 2002, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a 2002 City of Vancouver business license should be issued to Wing Cheong Young and Nancy Young, (together called the "License Applicant"), for rental of a one family dwelling at premises located at 2320 East Pender Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Catherine Kinahan, Solicitor, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The License Applicant will represent themselves.
