ADOPTION OF MINUTES

The minutes of the meeting of December 13, 2001, to be adopted.

1. 2002 Assessment Roll Report

David Highfield, Area Assessor, Debbie Francis and Dave Lee, Deputy Assessors, BC Assessment Authority, will make a presentation on the assessment trends reflected in the 2002 Assessment Roll Report (limited distribution - on file in the City Clerk's Office).

2. Tourism Vancouver 2002 Business Plan / 2% Hotel Tax Revenues

The attached Administrative Report, dated January 14, 2002, refers.

A copy of the report has been provided to Tourism Vancouver who have indicated their wish to speak.
