On January 22, 2002, a Business License Hearing will take place in the Council Chamber to determine whether or not a 2002 City of Vancouver business license should be issued to Romeo Joel, doing business as WBC Grocery, for the business premises located at 356 Powell Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Catherine Kinahan, Solicitor, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The Applicant will be represented by himself or a legal representative.
