Preliminary assessement of proposed density bonuses and transfers will be undertaken and those not supported by City policies and practises will be reported for advice.
Method of Public Notification: Standard notification of the surrounding neighbourhood (information signs on the site and letter) will be deferred until Council advice, and revised application if necessary, are received.
