THAT the form of development for the CD-1 zoned site known as 55-67 East Hastings Street be approved generally as illustrated in Development Application No. 405409 prepared by Gomberoff Bell Lyon Group of Architects Inc., and stamped "Received November 20, 2000, City of Vancouver Planning Department", provided that the Director of Planning may approve design changes which would not adversely affect either the development character and livability of this site or adjacent properties.
