THAT the form of development for the CD-1 zoned site known as 395 West 5^th Avenue be approved generally as illustrated in Development Application No DE 405407 prepared by John Currie Architect Inc., and stamped "Received, City of Vancouver Planning Department, February 23, 2001", provided that the Director of Planning may approve design changes which would not adversely affect either the development character and livability of this site or adjacent properties.
