SUBJECT:	Text Amendment: Southeast Granville Slopes - Public-Oriented Uses

The above report is item P1 on the January 9, 2001 Council agenda. The Recommendation inadvertently omitted the usual Public Hearing referral and by-law preparation instructions, and is amended accordingly:

"RECOMMENDATION

THAT the Director of Current Planning be instructed to make application to amend the Southeast Granville Slopes Official Development Plan to permit residential or public-oriented uses on the ground level of street frontages generally in accordance with Appendix A;

FURTHER THAT the Director of Legal Services be instructed to prepare the necessary by-law for consideration at Public Hearing;

AND FURTHER THAT the application and by-law be referred to Public Hearing."
