THAT this Council resolve itself into Committee of the Whole with Mayor Owen in the Chair.

MOVED by Cllr. Clarke,

THAT Councillor Sam Sullivan be appointed as the Alternate for Councillor Lynne Kennedy on the GVRD Board, for the month of December 2000, or until the 2001Directors and Alternates are appointed.

RISE FROM COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE

THAT the Committee of the Whole rise and report.
