Court 597, Item #25, Sidewalk Reconstruction
Denman Street, East Side from Alberni Street to the lane south of Alberni Street except 8.3 feet fronting LMS 3928This project is being withdrawn because two of the three companies involved with the project are opposed. Each of the two companies own a separate property which together represents three quarters of the length of the project. The remaining company recently stratified their property into four strata lots and although this gives them four votes, they only represent the views of a single company.
Capital Funds
Funds for the City's share of the projects are available from existing Engineering Department Basic Capital Accounts.
