The Minutes of November 2 and November 30, 1999, were adopted.
1. Traffic Calming Measures Adjacent Lord Selkirk School File: 5757
A. THAT a raised crosswalk across 22nd Avenue at Commercial Street and three corner bulges at the intersection of 22nd Avenue and Commercial Street be installed, at a cost of $50,000, from the Streets Unappropriated Account 30000128 - S/W Reconstruction Program.
B. THAT the Streets Maintenance Budget be increased by $700 and the Traffic Sign Maintenance Budget be increased by $100 for the traffic calming measures, effective year 2001.

2. Franklin and Semlin Area Traffic Calming Plan File: 5757
A. THAT the temporary partial closure to eastbound traffic on the 2000 block of Triumph Street and the diagonal diverters on Semlin Drive at Pandora and Franklin Streets be made permanent, at a cost of $100,000, from the Streets Unappropriated Account 30000326 - Traffic Calming.
B. THAT the Streets Maintenance Budget be increased by $1,000 and the Traffic Sign maintenance budget be increased by $300, for the traffic calming measures, effective year 2001.

3. Hand Held Computerized Ticket Issuance Machines - Update File: 5651
THAT the verbal presentation by Engineering Services staff regarding the Hand-Held Computerized Ticket Issuance Machines be received for information.
