THAT Council instruct the Planning and Permits & Licenses Departments to withhold enforcement on a farmers' market on the Lord Roberts School parking lot, 1100 Bidwell Street, for the summer and fall seasons on a trial basis, pending an application by the Director of Central Area Planning, on behalf of Land Use & Development to amend the RM-5 District.
