Council considered the proposed text amendment to 1610-1650 Bayshore Drive at the Public Hearing held May 18, 1999.

Due to the late hour and the need to have further information from staff clarifying issues on views and an explanation of public benefits and impacts of other decisions such as transit, public housing benefits, details on potential changes in funding, Council concluded the Public Hearing and agreed to defer consideration of the following motion:

THAT the application be refused.
