SUBJECT: Vancouver International Airport Authority - Board of Directors

Council has been requested, by the Vancouver International Airport Authority, to nominate an individual to serve as a member of the Airport Authority's Board of Directors.

Council's current appointee, Jane Fleming, has indicated her willingness to serve in this capacity for another year. Ms. Fleming's current term will expire at the close of the Authority's Annual Corporate General Meeting, which is scheduled for June 10, 1999.

The attached letter from the Vancouver International Airport Authority dated March 24, 1999 refers.
