1. 1999 Operating Budget Preliminary Report

Ken Bayne, Comptroller of Budgets and Research, will provide a Report Reference on the 1999 Operating Budget. Members of the Corporate Management Team will be present to answer specific questions. Arrangements have been made for speakers addressing the Operating Budget to be heard at 9:30 a.m. on February 25, 1999 at the City Services and Budget Standing Committee meeting.

The attached Administrative Report dated February 9, 1999, refers.

2. Budget Allocation Survey Budget Preliminary Report

Arrangements have been made for Lorraine McDonald, Marktrend Research, to provide a report reference on the public opinion survey conducted by Marktrend. Copies of the Survey will not be available for distribution to Council members until February 15, 1999.

3. City Response to White Paper on Gaming

Policy Report dated February 16, 1999, refers.
