ADOPTION OF MINUTES

The minutes of the meeting of January 7, 1998, to be adopted.

1. Significant Rezoning Applications

The attached list of Significant Rezoning Applications, prepared by the Planning Department, refers.

2. Interim City-wide Development Cost Levy (DCL) By-law and
Interim City-wide Community Amenity Contribution (CAC) Policy

On December 8, 1998, Vancouver City Council, when dealing with a December 2, 1988 Policy Report, passed the following motion:

THAT Council receive this report and refer Recommendations B, C, and Consideration items D and E, to Council Committee in January 1999 to allow adequate time for delegations to be heard.

The December 2, 1998 Policy Report was subsequently revised. The attached Policy Report dated January 20, 1999 refers.

Copies of the report have been distributed to interested parties, some of whom may wish to speak.
