ADOPTION OF MINUTES

The minutes of the meetings of July 23 and 30, 1998, to be adopted.

1.CD-1 Rezoning: 2705-35 West 10th Avenue (at Stephens Street)

On July 23, 1998, the Committee postponed consideration of the attached Policy Report dated July 13, 1998, at the applicant's request. The report is now resubmitted.

It is Council's policy, in dealing with reports of this nature, to hear from the applicant only. The applicant wishes to speak.

2. CityPlan Community Visions Program: Dunbar Community Visions

On July 21, 1998, City Council referred consideration of recommendations related to Dunbar Community Vision Directions to a September meeting of the Standing Committee on Planning & Environment to hear delegations.

The attached Policy Report dated July 9, 1998, refers. Also attached is the relevant extract from the minutes of the City Council meeting of July 21, 1998.

Copies of the report have been distributed to interested parties and delegations are expected.

3. Interim Zoning Program - Final Report

The attached Policy Report dated July 14, 1998, refers.
