1. 2622 West 5th Avenue (Lot B, Block 14, District Lot 192, Plan 4461) The proposed amendment to the Heritage By-law would: - designate the existing building listed in the "B" evaluation category on the Vancouver Heritage Register as protected heritage property; - ensure the protection of the building from inappropriate alterations and demolition in the future; and - be in exchange for approval of relaxation to the floor space ratio from 0.75 FSR to 0.93 FSR.
