In addition to the foregoing schedule, Council members are requested to reserve all Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and one Wednesday evening per month, during the weeks of Regular Council meetings, for the scheduling of Special Council meetings and additional Public Hearings as may be required.
Council members are also requested to reserve one or two Monday afternoons (1:30 to 3:30 p.m.) during the weeks of Regular Council meetings, for the scheduling of Council workshops/briefings.
