On July 18, 2000, the Business License Hearing Panel agreed to adjourn the Hearing of an Appeal from the suspension by the Chief License Inspector of the 2000 Business License issued to Percy Lemaigre, doing business as Native Images Tattoo, 2763 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, British Columbia, to September 12, 2000.

Therefore, the Business License Hearing of the Appeal will take place in the Council Chamber on Tuesday, September 12, 2000, at 9:30 a.m.

Catherine Kinahan, Solicitor, Law Department, will represent the City of Vancouver. The applicant, Percy Lemaigre, will be represented by counsel.
