SUBJECT:	VGH Precinct Policy Statement: BC Cancer Research Project

As staff indicated in our presentation to Planning and Environment Committee on May 31, 2000, it would be desirable to conduct an early review of the emerging development concept for the B.C. Cancer Research Centre to determine whether aspects of design, such as volumetric and height issues, would imply adjustments to applicable VGH Precinct Polices. Therefore, the following additional resolution is recommended.

THAT the Director of Current Planning be instructed to report back to council at an early date on any policy adjustments which would be needed to accommodate the design concept for the Cancer Research Centre.
