3. Stanley Park Causeway

Vancouver City Council at its meeting on February 1, 2000 postponed the attached Administrative Report dated January 27, 2000 to today's meeting in order to hear delegations. Also attached is a memo dated January 28, 2000 from the City Manager submitting a further recommendation.

1. Warning to Prospective Purchasers of 382 East 13th Avenue

The attached Administrative Report dated December 15, 1999, refers.

Copies of the report have been distributed to interested parties, some of whom may wish to speak.

2. Nuisance Building at 4124 West 14th Avenue

The attached Administrative Report dated January 10, 2000, refers.
