UNFINISHED BUSINESS
1. REZONING: 4255 Arbutus Street (Arbutus Centre)
At the Public Hearing on July 13, 2011, Vancouver City Council heard from speakers regarding an application to rezone the site at 4255 Arbutus Street from its current Comprehensive Development District to a new Comprehensive Development District to permit a phased redevelopment of the existing seven-acre shopping centre site.
The Public Hearing on this application was concluded and Council agreed to refer discussion and decision to the Regular Council Meeting following the Standing Committee on City Services and Budgets meeting on Thursday, July 14, 2011, as unfinished business.
