1. Impact of the Noise By-law Amendment on Park Board Operations

At the Standing Committee on City Services and Budgets meeting on February 7, 2002, Council heard speakers regarding the attached Administrative Report dated January 25, 2002, entitled "Impact of the Noise By-law Amendment on Park Board Operations". However, due to time constraints, decision on the matter was referred to the February 19, 2002 Regular Council meeting.

Subsequently, on February 19, 2002, Council was advised staff who attended the February 7th meeting to deal with the matter were not available until the March 5th Regular Council meeting. Therefore, Council referred consideration of the Administrative Report dated January 25, 2002, to today's meeting.

(i)  Memorandum dated March 4, 2002, from Deputy City Manager, submitting alternate recommendations.
